Tour 2009 - Circus

Britney Spears is hitting the road. After four years of random live performances and no touring, the singer announced the dates for a tour in support of her new album, Circus.

The tour is slated to kick off on March 3 with a show at the New Orleans Arena in the singer's home state. Britney Spears is ready to hit the road along with special guest The Pussycat Dolls.

Britney is back. On Spears’ 27th birthday, and she celebrated in style; Britney performed the hit songs “Womanizer” and “Circus” from her new CD “Circus” on Good Morning America.

While the live performance was a real treat for Britney fans, the best part of the morning was Britney’s announcement that she will be going on a world tour next year. That is great news for fans that have been anxiously waiting for five long years for Britney to go back on tour. Britney’s tour begins March 3rd, 2009 in her home state of Louisiana,New Orleans.
